Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 8XX

Level 3 Function Room, 6:30pm, Tickets free.

In advance of the SouthBank centre event with Habesha Writers, hosted by Lemn Sissay on 17 May, this is your chance to read Sulaiman Addonia's debut novel The Consequences of Love, which centres on an Eritrean refugee in Jeddah in 1989. Combining a love story with a strong political overview, this is a moving account of the refugee experience by a major new Eritrean writer.

Please note - this free event requires a ticket.

More information can be found on the SouthBank Centre website.
